Meeting at the Airport - All participants of Congress who are in transfer list or have ordered a transfer from Airport to the hotel will be picked-up at the Zvartnots International Airport of Yerevan.

Those participants, who should get their visas upon arrival, will need to go to VISA area which will appear in front of you after you get downstairs to the passport control zone. Please note that you will need to get first your visa, and then pass the passport control.

After passport control you will get to the luggage reclaim zone.

After getting your luggage you will move to Exit.

When coming out of the Exit to the meeting zone, you should look for the following sign:

The representatives of Just Travel will ask you to find your name in the meeting list and sign, in order to assure that you were met successfully.

Then you will be accompanied to the Coach either for group transfer, or for individual transfer. In case of group transfers you will need to wait in the Coach until all your colleagues come out from the Passport control zone.

In case you cannot find the red sign, you should go to the Airport Information desk and wait for Just Travel representative there. All our representatives will be with WPA Regional Congress badges for easy recognition.

If your name is not in the transfer list (i.e. there is no transfer ordered for you, JUST TRAVEL representatives may refuse to conduct your transfer to the hotel. Price for 1 way transfer is 15 EUR per car of 3 people, so you can also order your transfer on place from JUST TRAVEL representatives).

Currency – the national currency is the Armenian Dram. In stores and other commercial centers trade is carried out in the national currency only. Just in the Airport you can make your first money exchange, as the exchange rate there is the same as in the city.

Local SIM cards – it’s recommended to buy a local SIM card in the Airport, as all the providers are present there. You can buy SIM cards of Team Telecom, Vivacell, Ucom operators. All these providers offer low tariffs for local calls and internet.

In order to make your check-in easier and faster, we have already arranged your rooming. You need only to present your passport and get your key.

Breakfast in included in your hotel price and it is provided every day from 07:00 till 11:00
